Sizing and fit
How do your sizes run?
Our hoodies and oversized tees are cut generously on purpose — that's the look. Most people should order their usual size rather than sizing up. If you want a closer fit, size down.
How do I know which size to order?
Every product page has a size chart, and our full size guide lists every measurement in both centimetres and inches. All measurements are of the garment laid flat, not of the body — lay a piece you already own flat, measure it, and compare.
What sizes do you carry?
Hoodies and tees run XS to XXL. Hats are adjustable snapbacks and toques are one size, unisex fit.
Shipping and delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping to Canada and the USA on orders over $145 CAD. Below that, live carrier rates are calculated at checkout so you only pay the real cost. International orders are always charged shipping.
How long will my order take?
Once dispatched, 3–9 business days within Canada and 4–8 business days to the USA. International times vary by the service you choose at checkout. Full detail on our shipping page.
How quickly do you ship my order?
Fast. Orders placed before 3:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day — after that, or on weekends and holidays, they go out the next business day. The delivery times above start from when the parcel leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. We ship from Ontario, Canada.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Possibly, on orders outside Canada. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your government, aren't included at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility. Some Canada Post services let you prepay duties at checkout — if that option appears for your address, choosing it means nothing is owed on arrival. More on our shipping page.

How do I return or exchange something?

How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page, or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Where the money goes
Is "100% of sales funds ministry" literally true?
Yes, and we mean it literally — not a percentage of profit, all of it. Every dollar of clothing revenue goes to running free worship and ministry nights in Toronto. When you buy a hoodie, you're paying for someone else's seat in a room where they might meet God for the first time.
Are you a registered charity?
Yes. GREATER THAN Christian Clothing is the retail arm of GREATER THAN Christian Ministries Inc., a registered Canadian charity, registration number 776165623RR0001.
Do you issue tax receipts?
Yes, for donations. We use Zeffy, which charges no platform fee, so every dollar you give reaches the ministry intact. Give here →
Clothing purchases are sales, not donations, so they aren't tax-receiptable — but 100% of what you spend still funds the ministry.
Worship nights
How much does it cost to attend?
Nothing. The nights are free — that's the entire reason the clothing brand exists. You just need a ticket so we know roughly how many people to expect. Get free tickets →
When and where is the next one?
Our next night is Friday, October 9, 2026 at Tyndale University Chapel, 3377 Bayview Ave, Toronto. Doors at 6:45pm, starts at 7:30pm. Full details on the worship nights page.
I'm not sure I belong. Can I still come?
Yes. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. Come as you are, sit at the back if you want, and leave whenever you like. Nobody will single you out.
Are children welcome?
Yes — all ages are welcome. We don't currently run a separate children's ministry, so children stay in the chapel and worship alongside everyone else, with you. More on the worship nights page.
Mentorship and spiritual direction
What's the difference between the Mentorship Program and Spiritual Direction?
The Mentorship Program is a free six-month formation commitment. It includes weekly spiritual direction with Pastor Ty, group teaching sessions, and a seat at every GREATER THAN team meeting. You apply, and applications are rolling. Learn more →
Spiritual Direction is one-to-one, ongoing, and open to anyone — no application, no fixed term, and no involvement with GREATER THAN required. It's a space to pay attention to what God is doing in your life, with someone walking alongside you. Learn more →
Who leads the ministry?
Pastor Ty Smith, Founder and Lead Pastor, who holds a Master of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary in Toronto.
