Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada, using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Rates and delivery times

Canada

Free on orders over $145 CAD — arrives in 3–9 business days.
Under $145, Canada Post rates (Expedited Parcel, Priority or Xpresspost) are calculated live at checkout so you only ever pay the real cost.

United States

Free on orders over $145 CAD — arrives in 4–8 business days.
Under $145, you'll see live rates from Canada Post (Expedited Parcel USA, Tracked Packet USA, Xpresspost USA) and Purolator Ground U.S. at checkout.

Everywhere else

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address, the weight of your order and the service you choose — Canada Post and Purolator both offer several options at different speeds and prices.

The free shipping threshold applies to Canada and the United States only. International orders are always charged shipping.

How quickly we ship

Orders placed before 3:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates below start from that point, not from when you ordered.

Customs and duties on international orders

Orders shipping outside Canada may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees when they arrive in your country. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees. We can't tell you in advance what these will be — every country sets its own thresholds and rates, and they change. If you're unsure, your national customs or postal service can usually give you an estimate before you order.

Some Canada Post services let you prepay duties at checkout. Where that option appears for your address, choosing it means your parcel arrives with nothing left to pay and won't be held at the border.

We declare every parcel accurately and at full value. We can't mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value — doing so is illegal, and it would void any insurance on the parcel.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs and returned to us, we'll refund the goods once they arrive back. Original shipping and any return charges from the carrier aren't refundable.

If your parcel is late, lost or damaged

Once we hand a parcel to Canada Post or Purolator, it's in their care and their tracking is the record of what happened to it. What we can do for you depends on the service you chose at checkout.

Coverage depends on the service you choose

Shipping services differ in how much liability coverage they include. Faster, tracked services generally carry coverage; the cheapest and untracked options often carry little or none. The coverage attached to your service is shown by the carrier and is what determines whether a lost parcel can be compensated.

If you want your order protected, choose a tracked service with insurance at checkout. If you choose an option with no coverage, neither we nor the carrier can compensate a loss, and we can't refund or replace the order.

What to do

Tracking hasn't updated in a while. Parcels sometimes sit without a scan for several days, especially crossing a border. Please allow the full delivery window plus five business days before contacting us.

Tracking says delivered but you don't have it. Check with everyone at the address, look in porches and mailboxes, and ask your neighbours — the vast majority turn up. If it doesn't, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number; only they can open an investigation into a delivery scan. Carriers usually require this within a set window, so don't wait.

Genuinely lost in transit. Email us at info@gtchristianclothing.com with your order number and tracking number and we'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Where the service you chose includes coverage and the carrier confirms the loss, we'll replace or refund your order once the claim is settled. Carrier claims commonly take several weeks.

Arrived damaged. Photograph the parcel and the item before you throw any packaging away, and email us within 7 days. Packaging photos are what carriers require to settle a damage claim.

Wrong or incomplete address. We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong or incomplete and the parcel is lost or returned, we can't cover it — but we'll happily reship once the goods are back with us and the new shipping is paid. Please double-check your address before ordering.

Returns and refunds
