The Mentorship Program includes weekly spiritual direction with Pastor Ty, but it's more than that: group sessions, group teaching, and a seat in every GREATER THAN team meeting. It's a six-month formation commitment, and it's free.

Who this is for
Anyone who is a Christian and wants to dive into the deep things of the Lord.
That's the bar, and it's deliberately not narrower than that. You don't need a title, a platform, a theology degree, or years of church leadership behind you. What this asks for is appetite — a real desire to go further in with Jesus, and the willingness to give six months to it.

What the commitment is
Six months, with the possibility of a further six.
That second half isn't automatic and it isn't assumed. It's a conversation we have when the first six months are done, if it's right for both of us.
Six months is long enough for something to actually change and short enough to say yes to. Formation doesn't happen in a weekend.
What's included
Weekly spiritual direction with Pastor Ty. One-to-one, every week, for the length of the program. This is the spine of it — sustained, personal attention to what God is doing in your life and how you're responding to it.
Group sessions. You're not doing this alone. You're doing it alongside others who are in it at the same time.
Group teaching sessions. Structured teaching, delivered to the group.
A seat at every GREATER THAN team meeting. Not as an observer at the back — you're in the room where the ministry is actually planned, discussed, prayed over and decided. You see how it works from the inside, including the unglamorous parts.
It is free. There is no fee for the Mentorship Program, no tuition, and no cost to participate.
How to apply
1. Apply. Complete the application form. Applications are rolling — there's no cohort start date and no deadline to miss. Apply when you're ready.
2. We pray about it. Every application goes into genuine prayerful consideration. This isn't a formality and it isn't a filing step.
3. Interview. We sit down together. You ask us things; we ask you things. Six months of weekly meetings is a real relationship and it should start with a real conversation.
4. Acceptance. If it's right, you're in, and we begin.
